We usually complete all personalization in 4-5 business days, but orders can take up to 10 business days to be processed. Please let us know if your gift is time sensitive and we will make every effort to to get it to you in time.
We ship via USPS Priority Mail 2-3 day service. You can also choose to expedite your shipment by selecting USPS Express Mail next day service.

Tax
All purchases shipped to California are charged 8.25% sales tax. No sales tax is charged on orders shipped to other states.
Returns & Exchanges
We are happy to accept returns and exchanges for all items that are not personalized. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. Please email first to returns@momobabygifts.com, and we will provide you with return instructions.
All returns must be made within 30 days of the shipment date. Refunds don’t include shipping charges. Gifts may be exchanged, returned for store credit, or credited back to the purchaser’s credit card. We cannot issue a refund to the gift recipient.
We’re sorry but we cannot accept returns for any items that have been personalized.
